According to ERSB, the game contains: Mild violence, Suggestive themes

Parents, nothing offensive here, just be warned that your kids will mutiny if you try to placate them with this game. On the other hand, I could easily imagine Unlimited Saga being a good deterrent for stopping those problem behaviors. It's better than a spanking or a time out!

RPG players and SquareSoft fans, I'm sorry to say that you should just avoid this game. There's an undercurrent among certain RPG circles that you have to be "hardcore" to understand or enjoy this game, but the simple fact is that it's just terrible. No amount of wishing or self-delusion is going to make it otherwise.

Deaf and hard of hearing gamers will have no problems with Unlimited Saga. All voiceovers are accompanied by text, and there are no significant auditory cues.
