Prior to purchasing the Wii Fit Balance Board , my health had been on the decline for years. After getting married, having a child, and buying a home in New Jersey, I stopped exercising due to a perceived lack of time and at the age of 32, I thought physically my best days were behind me.
There is a new selection of low budget games that constitute a slight resurgence in the founding rhythm action principles, utilizing basic control schemes to make playing with music fun. All are downloadable and priced under $10, all integrate the player's own music collection with their gameplay, and all have silly, cred-craving one-word titles.

 Is there anything, anything at all, that can be said about Super Smash Bros. other than that it is well crafted? Is there anything to learn from it about the world of videogames? This fall is looking like it's going to be one of the best seasons for gaming since.... well, since ever. There are a lot of big sequels on their way as well as some hotly anticipated new IPs that have everyone talking. The demos for these games have begun trickling out, and I've gotten my hands on a number of them to get an idea of where my money is going to be spent this fall.

Sega Rally's demo served a valuable purpose beyond just giving me a chance to try the game out. It reminded me that the arcade sim racer genre still existed. Back in the heyday of arcades, people lined up for literally minutes to sit in a comfortable molded plastic chair and drive a few laps around a Daytona track.
